Two brothers, Karbalayi Muhammad ʻAli and ʻAli Akbar, complain to the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, against Fath al-Dawlah, who left his wife, the sister of these two brothers, and his child 15 months ago. In this period, his child died and these two brothers, who have their own families to feed, must now provide for their sister too; the office [of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs] in Hamadan writes to this Ministry that Fath al-Dawlah, who works for the British and had been in Hamadan for business, had married, but left his wife after the business was completed. Documents include the following: a copy of a telegram from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Rafʻat al-Vizarah, the officer in Savujbulagh, about the entry of a French woman into Iran through the border at Savujbulagh, providing her security, and accompanying her to her destination; a report frim the office in Savujbulagh about the entry of Madame into Savujbulagh and her departure to Urumiyah, Tabriz, and Tehran; Muqarrab al-Saltanah writes, in reply to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that the French woman arrived on September 9, [1907] and departed for Urumiyah afterwards.

Hurmat al-Muluk's complaint against a Russian citizen, 1907
Hurmat al-Muluk, the daughter of Aqa Sayyid Hidayat, the Shaykh al-Islam of Savujbulagh, and the wife of Shujaʻ al-Mulk Mukri, has complained to the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Azarbayjan about a Russian citizen [Taqi Uf]'s attack on the village of Talkh Ab and terrorization of the populations of Talkh Ab and other villages in the vicinity. Banning some women from crossing the border, 1895
Regarding prostitute women who initially lived in a village near Sanandaj but were expelled by the order of the author. The women later resided near Karand and Zahhab and then crossed the border of Kirmanshahan to Iraq. The author orders that they should be returned, and forced to repent with the help of members of the ‘ulama’, and bans their exit.

Nayyir al-Sadat's petition against Sadigh al-Tojjar
Nayyir al-Sadat bought one sixth of a garden from Sadiq al-Tujjar. She built a wall and bought water for the land. But Sadiq al-Tujjar sold the whole garden, including her share, and she had problems getting her share back.
